Plain-language rules for using Loopie (KidLine) at loopie.club.
Last updated: September 22, 2026
Loopie is a free, browser-based way for kids and families to call people they already know, using nicknames and closed friend lists β not phone numbers, not a public social network, and not stranger discovery.
Loopie is intended for families. Parents and caregivers should decide whether a child is ready, help choose a safe nickname, and agree on who may be added as a friend. If you let a child use Loopie, you are responsible for supervising that use on devices you control.
We may suspend or remove nicknames or access that appear to violate these rules or put kids at risk.
Basic use can live on a single browser with a device key. Optional parent email and PIN support restoring a nickname on another device. Keep PINs private. You are responsible for activity under nicknames you create or supervise.
Loopie is free to use. Tips are not a subscription and do not buy special privileges or guaranteed uptime.
We work hard to keep Loopie running, but calling depends on networks, browsers, and third-party providers. Loopie is provided as is, without warranties that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Loopie and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the service.
How we handle data is described on our Privacy page.
We may update these terms as Loopie evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do.
